La X-Yachts Adriatic Cup 2010 si terrà dal 18 al 20 Giugno nello Specchio acqueo antistante il Litorale di Sottomarina.

 

Allo scopo di ottenere il rating X-Yachts, essenziale per partecipare alla regata, gli armatori dovranno fare pervenire a X-Yachts Italia, entro e non oltre il giorno 11 Giugno, il modulo di iscrizione compilato anche nella parte delle specifiche richieste.

 

Le regate saranno disputate applicando: il Regolamento di Regata ISAF vigente con le norme integrative della F.I.V., il Bando di Regata le Istruzioni di Regata gli eventuali successivi comunicati del Comitato Organizzatore, del Comitato di Regata e della Giuria, anche a modifica del Bando e delle Istruzioni di Regata, che saranno esposti all’Albo Ufficiale almeno due ore prima della partenza.

 

L'ammissione é riservata ai soli Yachts di design e produzione del Cantiere X-Yachts. Non possono partecipare concorrenti sospesi per non conformità alla idoneità ISAF.

Classi:

Nell’ambito delle divisioni potranno essere organizzate delle classi di barche omogenee alla condizione che per ciascuna classe venga raggiunto il numero di minimo di 6 imbarcazioni. Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di creare o modificare le classi in base al numero di iscrizioni. Il numero delle classi verrà pubblicato sul sito www.x-yachtsitalia.it e su www.x-yachts.com non più tardi del 12 Giugno 2010.

Family Division:
Randa e una sola vela di prua per regata.

Sport Division:
Guardaroba completo di vele (spinnaker incluso)

 

 

Sarà come previsto dalle disposizioni ISAF. La manifestazione in oggetto sarà considerata di categoria " C ". In accordo con RRS, appendice, 1, regola 30.3.1.d. Se richiesto dal C.O. le imbarcazioni dovranno esporre la pubblicità degli sponsor dell’evento.

Le regate avranno luogo nello specchio acqueo antistante il Litorale di Sottomarina utilizzando boe gonfiabili appositamente posizionate.

La registrazione può avvenire: - on line sul sito www.x-yachtaitalia.it - via fax o e-mail richiedendo il modulo di iscrizione alla X-Yachts Italia. Il giorno ultimo per inviare il modulo di iscrizione è il 11 Giugno 2010. Le iscrizioni verranno confermate e pubblicate sul sito www.x-yachtsitalia.it e su www.x-yachts.com. La segreteria X-Yachts Italia sarà a disposizione degli armatori per la compilazione del modulo di iscrizione.

 

Per tutte le imbarcazioni la tassa di iscrizione è pari a € 200,00.

Le iscrizioni pervenute dopo il 14 Giugno subiranno un incremento del 25% della tassa di iscrizione.

Le imbarcazioni saranno ospitate, fino ad esaurimento posti disponibili, agli ormeggi della Darsena Le Saline dal 13 Giugno al 27 Giugno 2010. Per l’assegnazione degli ormeggi avranno la precedenza le imbarcazioni il cui porto di appartenenza è più distante.

 

Sono previste da quattro a sei regate. Se verranno disputate più di quattro regate la prova peggiore sarà scartata. Per tutte le classi sarà adottato il “Sistema di punteggio minimo” previsto al punto A 4.1 dell’Appendice A del Regolamento ISAF 2009/2012, compreso quanto previsto dal corsivo FIV.

 

14 PREMI
Al vincitore overall della divisione Sport verrà assegnato il “Trofeo X-Yachts Adriatic CUP”. Un premio verrà assegnato ai vincitori di ogni divisione.

 

Verrà assegnato un rating X-Yachts ad ogni yacht partecipante. Questo rating sarà basato sulle informazioni che verranno date compilando il modulo di iscrizione. I rating verranno pubblicati sul sito www.x-yachtsitalia.it e su www.x-yachts.com in tempo utile prima della regata ed esposti sul tabellone dei comunicati Venerdì 18 Giugno 2010. Qualsiasi protesta riguardante il rating X-Yachts assegnato dovrà essere presentata in tempo utile e non più tardi delle 10.00 DI Sabato 19 Giugno 2010. I Ratings non potranno essere cambiati dopo la prima partenza.

 

E’ resposabilità degli armatori registrati assicurare che lo yacht partecipante non differisce in alcun modo dai punti indicati nel modulo di iscrizione. In caso di dubbi, potrete contattare uno stazzatore in tempo utile prima della regata.

 

Tutti i componenti gli equipaggi Italiani dovranno essere tesserati F.I.V. come previsto dalla Normativa Federale. I concorrenti stranieri dovranno essere in regola con quanto previsto dalle Federazioni di appartenenza.

 

Le istruzioni di regata saranno a disposizione dei concorrenti presso la Segreteria Regate, sita presso lo SPORTING CLUB-DARSENA LE SALINE dalle ore 14.00 del giorno 18 Giugno 2010.

 

La lingua ufficiale sarà l’Italiano. Altre lingue potranno essere utilizzate come servizio. In caso di disputa sulla traduzione prevarrà il testo in italiano.

 

Ogni concorrente parteciperà alla X-Yachts Adriatic CUP 2010 interamente a suo rischio. Vedi RRS, parte 1 regola 4 Decisione di prendere parte alla regata: “ la responsabilità di decidere di prendere parte ad una regata o di continuare a regatare appartiene esclusivamente alla barca stessa.

 

Il Comitato Organizzatore, gli sponsor e ogni persona o entità coinvolta nell’organizzazione dell’evento non accetterà alcuna responsabilità per danni a terzi, persone o cose prima, durante e dopo la regata sia in acqua che a terra.

 

La materia riguardante i danni derivanti da una infrazione a qualche regola è disciplinata dalle prescrizioni dell’Autorità Nazionale.

 

La FIV prescrive: I concorrenti e/o le barche devono essere muniti di idonea copertura assicurativa della responsabilità civile (R.C.) per danni a terzi (cose e persone) di importo non inferiore a quanto stabilito dalla vigente normativa federale: non inferiore a Euro 1.000.000.

 

Al Comitato di Regata e/o al Comitato per le Proteste spetta l’accertamento dei fatti che hanno dato origine ai danni, ma essi non possono emettere decisioni in merito alle eventuali azioni di risarcimento dei danni di cui alla regola 68, o all’ammontare degli stessi.

 

1. Organising Authority
The organising authority is IL PORTODIMARE in cooperation with X-Yachts Italia and Sporting Club Darsena le Saline.

2. Venue and Dates
The X-Yachts Adriatic Cup 2010 will be held from the 18 June to 20 June – Chioggia - Italy.

3. Registration
In order to assign to each yacht an X-Yachts rating each owners must fill in the entry form  and send it to X-Yachts Italia within the 11th June. In order to obtain the X-Yachts rating which is necessary to participate to the races, the registration form must be filled in, in all parts related to yachts specifications.

 

4. Rules
Racing will be governed by:
ISAF regulation and FIV; Notice of Race; Sailing Instructions.
Further information from the Organizing Authority, the Race Committee and the Jury, as well as changes in the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions, will be displayed on the official Notice Board at least two hours before racing starts.

5. Eligibility
Participating yachts must be of X-Yachts design and origin. Any competitor shall not be under suspension of ISAF eligibility.

Classes
There may be established classes for a specific model according to entry level. Minimum six (6) similar models are required to form a class.

The organizers reserve the right to establish and change the classes subject to entry levels. The number of classes will be published on www.x-yachtsitalia.it and www.x-yachts.com not later than 12 June 2010.

Elapsed time corrections will be calculated using the X-Yachts Rating provided by X-Yachts, Denmark.
This is based on the IMS handicap system multiplied with the X-Yachts’ factor, and time corrections will be based on “Time on Distance”.

 

8. Advertising
As per ISAF rules. The event will be considered in category “C”. All boats may in accordance with RRS Appendix 1, Regulation 20.3.1.d display advertising of event sponsors.
 
9. Race Area
Racing will take place in the waters in front of Litorale di Sottomarina - Chioggia, with the use of inflatable marks.

10. Entry Form/Registration

b) by fax or e-mail requiring Entry Form from X-Yachts Italia
Final entry date is 11 June 2010.
Entries will be confirmed on www.x-yachtsitalia.it and on www.x-yachts.com upon receipt of payment of entry fee. X-Yachts Italia secretariat will be at disposal for helping the owners filing in the Entry Form.

12. Berthing

Free berthing is available for participating yachts up to mooring places availability at the Sporting Club Darsena le Saline from the 13 to the 27 June.
 
13. Scoring

A total of four to six races are scheduled. If more than four races are completed, the worst score will be discarded.
Scoring will be made in accordance with RRS Appendix A2. The low points system will be used. Ties will be broken by the RRS Appendix A8.
 
14. Prizes
The winner of the Sport Division will receive the “X-Yachts Adriatic Cup Trophy”. A prize will be given to the winner of each Division.
 
15. Class & Handicap Information

An X-Yachts rating will be given to each yacht. The rating is based on the information registered on your entry form. The ratings will be published on www.x-yachtaitalia.it and on www.x-yachts.com in due time before the regatta and displayed on the official notice board at the race office on Friday the 18 June 2010. Any protests regarding the given X-Yachts rating shall be put forward in due time and not later than 10.00 hrs Saturday 19 June 2010. Ratings will not be changed after first start.
It is the responsibility of the owner/registered participating skipper to ensure that the participating yacht does not infringe with the information given on the entry form. In matter of doubt, please contact an authorized inspector/measurer in due time before the regatta.
 
16. Italian Sailing Federation Membership Card
All Italian participants on board yachts taking part in the X-Yachts Adriatic Cup must have the Italian Sailing Federation Membership Card valid for year 2010.

 

17. Sailing Instruction
Sailing Instructions will be available at the Race Office from Friday the 18 June 2010.

18. Official Language
The official language of the regatta is Italian. Other languages may be used as a service. In case of dispute over translation the Italian text shall prevail.
 
19. Disclaimer of Liability
Competitors participate in the X-Yachts Adriatic Cup 2010 entirely at their own risk. See the RRS, Part 1, rule 4, Decision to Race: “The responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone”. The organizing committee, the sponsors and any person or entity in the organisation of the event will not accept any liability of material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta, both on the water and ashore.
 
20. RULE 68 RR (Damages)
The question of damages arising from a breach of any rule shall be governed by the prescriptions, if any, of the national authority.
FIV prescribes: The participants and/or the yacht must be covered by suitable insurance cover for civil liability (R.C.) for damages to third parties (things or person) amount not less than what has been established for the current federal regulation: not less than Euro 1.000.000.
 
The Race Committee and/or The Protest Committee will verify the facts that gave origin to the damages, but they cannot decide the actions of compensation for damages as per rule 68, or the amount of them.
